- Delivery time
- Your three names are delivered within 48 hours of receiving complete naming details. If anything is missing, the delivery period starts when it is complete.
- Revisions
- This package includes the three names and their explanations. Contact us first about additional name options or revisions; no extra fee will be charged without your agreement.
- Naming service refund policy
Before delivery, a refund requested within 15 minutes of placing the order, including exactly 15 minutes, is eligible for a full refund. After 15 minutes and before delivery, 50% is refundable. No refund is available after delivery.
The order record establishes when the order was placed. The refund request is timed when it reaches our system or support inbox, not when a team member replies. An enquiry or naming form submission is not an order.
Delivery means the three English names and their explanations of fit, origins, meanings and stories have been sent to your confirmed email address. Contact us to check the sending record if you have not received them.
Email support with your order reference and ordering email address to request a refund. A request is not a completed refund; we will check the applicable percentage and payment record before processing it. You may separately report a service that was not provided or did not match the agreement. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law are unaffected.

- After you submit the detailed form, your details are stored on the website and emailed to 芧芊 for this naming request, follow-up questions and delivery. Family stories are optional. No street address or identity document is needed.

Do I need to suggest three names myself?
No. Share your details and preferences, and 芧芊 will prepare three options for you. If you have no favourites yet, describe the feeling you would like the name to convey.
What will I receive, and when?
Within 48 hours of receiving complete details, you will receive three English names by email, each with an explanation of why it suits your baby or pet, its origin, meaning and story. If anything needs clarifying, we will contact you first.
What if I do not know the birth time or only know an adoption date?
Choose “Time unknown” rather than guessing. For a pet, you can provide the adoption date. If the date is uncertain too, select “Unknown” and explain in the notes so 芧芊 can discuss how to proceed.
Do I need an appointment, and do I pay now?
No appointment is needed. Pay HKD 7.00 once, then complete your naming details. You can return later from your order email. Three names and explanations are delivered within 48 hours of complete details.
