FengShuiBooking
Privacy policy and collection notice
Updated:
You can learn about a service before deciding what to share. This page explains how FengShuiBooking handles the information needed for enquiries, appointments, naming requests and product orders, and how to contact us to access or correct it.
Who handles your information
FengShuiBooking is the brand used by this website. This notice covers information you submit here and related service communications. FengShuiBooking customer support receives privacy enquiries and coordinates their handling with the website team and relevant practitioner. Contact fengshuibooking001@gmail.com.
Information we receive
- Enquiries and accounts: your name, email address, phone number, contact handles you choose to share, your message, and the login and account details needed when you use an account.
- Appointments: your practitioner, service, date, time, time zone, booking status and information relevant to the consultation.
- English naming: baby or pet details, birth or adoption date and location, any known time, naming preferences and contact information for delivery. Family stories, wishes and other background are optional; share only what is relevant to this request.
- Product orders: the item, quantity, recipient, phone number, email, delivery address, notes and order-handling records. An initial quote usually needs only your region, city and quantity.
- Website use: session identifiers, submission times, confirmation choices and technical records used to avoid duplicate submissions and limit unusual requests. Login, booking and order plugins also process the information needed for their functions.
Required and optional details
Fields marked required are needed to handle that request. Without them, the form may not submit, or we may need more information before providing the service. Optional fields can be left blank. If a date or time is uncertain, use the relevant form option instead of guessing.
When sharing information about a baby or another person, you should be their parent or guardian, or have appropriate permission. Family stories are optional, a quote does not need detailed birth information, and naming does not need a full address or identity documents. Do not put payment card numbers, security codes or account passwords in messages, naming forms or email.
How the information is used
We use information relevant to your request to answer questions, confirm quotes and arrangements, handle bookings, prepare and deliver names, process product orders and shipping, and follow up on cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, corrections or service problems. Related records are also used to match requests and transactions, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and deal with disputes or applicable obligations that require records.
Submitting a service form is for handling your request. It does not mean you agree to have family stories, birth details or contact information published as promotional material.
Who may receive the information
The website team, customer support and the practitioner handling your service process information needed for that work. A detailed naming form is saved as a non-public request record on the website and emailed to 芧芊 (Eunice) to check the details, prepare names and arrange delivery. Non-public does not mean that only one copy exists; sent emails are also processed within the relevant email systems.
- Website hosting, WordPress and the plugins in use, and email providers process relevant information for hosting, accounts, notifications and maintenance. WooCommerce holds order records and Amelia manages appointments.
- If your consultation uses Zoom, information needed to create and run the meeting is processed through the relevant integration and Zoom. Display names, audio, video and chat you choose to share when joining are also handled by that meeting service. Use the meeting controls to choose what you share.
- For delivery, fulfilment staff or carriers need the recipient, contact number, address and parcel information. If you choose WhatsApp, WeChat or another contact service, that service also processes messages you send through it.
Services in different regions
Practitioners, hosting, email, meeting and delivery services may operate in different regions, so relevant information may be processed outside your location or Hong Kong. Before submitting, you can ask who will handle a service and which contact or delivery method it uses. External services have their own privacy policies; this notice does not replace their explanations of their own services.
Payment information
Available payment methods and whether a charge is made depend on the payment page actually offered for that transaction and its confirmation. Naming request and shop order-request forms do not themselves collect payment.
If a payment page offers Stripe and you choose it, Stripe processes the payment details, transaction and verification information needed for that payment. The platform handles the corresponding order, payment status and records needed to reconcile the transaction. This paragraph applies only when that payment method is available and actually used; submitting a request does not itself mean a payment has been made.
Keeping and deleting records
Information is retained as needed to complete services, provide support, reconcile transactions, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. Different types of information may need different retention arrangements; website records, email and backups may exist separately.
You can request deletion. We will check which information is no longer needed and whether an unfinished service, transaction, dispute or other necessary record still needs to be handled, then explain what can be done. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days or immediate removal from every email system and backup.
Requesting access, correction or deletion
Email fengshuibooking001@gmail.com with “Personal information request” in the subject. Include your request or booking reference, the email address originally used, and what you want to access, correct or delete. Do not attach identity documents in your first message.
To avoid giving information to the wrong person, we need to verify your identity or authority to act for someone else. If further verification is needed, we will explain what information is required. We will explain if a change or deletion affects an unfinished service or if some records still need to be kept. Your rights and the handling of your request remain subject to applicable law.
Updates to this notice
We will update this page and relevant form notices when services or information-handling arrangements change. The update date appears at the top. If you have a question about the notice applicable to a particular request, contact us with its reference.
