Deliverables and follow-up: Confirm the session length or delivery date, verbal or written delivery, any reports or records, and the number, scope and cost of follow-up questions. Items not listed on the page should be confirmed individually.
Total cost and arrangements: Before work begins, agree the total, currency, additional charges, payment timing and this service’s cancellation or rescheduling arrangements in writing. Decide whether to proceed once you have those details.

Common questions

Which service should I choose first?

It is normal to be unsure on your first visit. Tarot can focus on a relationship or a current work decision; BaZi and Zi Wei look at broader life stages. If you are still unsure, tell us what you would like to ask.

What should I prepare?

BaZi and Zi Wei usually need your birth date, time and city. For tarot, bring the question you want to discuss. If you do not know your birth time, ask us before booking rather than guessing.

How do sessions work, and which languages are available?

Languages and session formats vary by practitioner. Check the profile and booking confirmation. If you need interpretation or a particular video platform, let us know before booking so we can check.

Can I reschedule, cancel or record a session?

For scheduled online consultations, cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. With 12 to under 24 hours remaining, choose a 50% refund or your one free reschedule. Less than 12 hours is normally non-refundable with no free reschedule. Contact us for changes or exceptions; the full policy is linked in the footer. Other services have separate arrangements. Please ask before recording.

Practitioners differ in their methods, languages and ways of talking things through. Take your time with the profiles and choose someone you feel comfortable with. Their reading offers a perspective; the decisions are yours.
